Lean Six Sigma Black Belt - Industrial / Manufacturing Sector

All-round Lean Six Sigma experts

Take Lean Six Sigma to the shop floor with our distinguished Black Belt Industrial Sector. This course includes modules on project leadership, change management, statistical research and much more. Our Industrial Sector course will ensure your total understanding of Lean Six Sigma and how to apply it in any manufacturing environment, as it is one of the few which exceeds strict ISO18404 and ISO13053 quality standards.

The Black Belt Industrial Sector course has been created for professionals aiming to employ Lean Six Sigma within a more complex manufacturing. Specifically those involved with manufacturing and the mass production of goods. This course is intended for those who seek future employment in the Continuous Improvement field, and the course content reflects this. Included in the course is a project with project coaching which will take approximately 4 鈥� 6 months.
