Clare Jenner
Senior Lecturer in Physiotherapy

I obtained a BSc in Physiotherapy from Birmingham ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ in 1998 and a Masters in Manipulative Therapy from Curtin ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½, Perth, Australia in 2004. I have worked as a Musculoskeletal Specialist Physiotherapist for 18 years working in both the public and private sector.
I have been teaching undergraduates and Postgraduate Allied Health Professionals since 2008. The research I completed for my Masters focused on the effect of different sitting postures on trunk muscles.
As a lecturer in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation, I currently teach undergraduates and post graduate students in a variety of areas to include anatomy, professional practice and research. I am interested in improving research to better demonstrate clinical practice, stretching in certain population groups and exercise as medicine.
