Strategy – Develop your skills in strategic analysis and business modelling, allowing you to formulate strategies, evaluate options and make informed decisions.
Advanced management accounting – Acquire the key tools and techniques you need to make decisions, maximise revenue and minimise cost in management.
Financial reporting and performance management – Learn to find critical information within annual corporate reports using financial information analysis.
Capstone – Bring theory and practice together and research a topic of interest that is relevant to your field of study.
Applied data analytics
In this unit, you explore and gain skills in:
• Data mining for business and management including models in real-world applications
• Data-collection techniques
• Data pre-processing

• Unsupervised learning methods including k-means clustering and association rules
• Supervised learning methods including neural networks, logistic regression and decision tree
