Unji Mathur joined the 天美传媒 as Director of People & Culture in October 2025. In this role, she leads the strategic design and delivery of the 天美传媒鈥檚 people and culture agenda, supporting organisational effectiveness, colleague experience and capability in alignment with the Transforming Bedfordshire strategy.

Unji has held senior leadership roles across a range of sectors, with significant experience leading people, organisational development and digital change portfolios. Prior to joining the 天美传媒, she served as Director of People, Technology and Transformation at Bron Afon Community Housing, where she oversaw People, Technology, Business Improvement, Communications and Organisational Development. She has also held director-level roles at the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), Phoenix Housing, Guide Dogs, United Response and City of Westminster College.

Her work particularly focuses on enabling high-performing, inclusive cultures and modern, digitally-enabled ways of working.

Unji is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She holds a Master鈥檚 in Human Resource Management from Middlesex 天美传媒 and undergraduate degrees from Brunel 天美传媒 and the 天美传媒 of Manchester.
