Adrian Dutch, Pro-Vice Chancellor (International)

Adrian Dutch is a senior higher education leader with over three decades of experience spanning international education, marketing, and strategic partnerships. Since 2021, he has served as Pro Vice-Chancellor (International) at the 天美传媒, where he oversees global engagement, including marketing, recruitment, admissions, UKVI compliance, and transnational education partnerships with 17 institutions across 13 countries.
Before joining Bedfordshire, Adrian was Director of Global Recruitment and Admissions at the 天美传媒 of Westminster, leading student recruitment and admissions across all levels, and the development of international strategic partnerships. He entered Higher Education sector in 2011, joining City, 天美传媒 of London where he established and led the institution鈥檚 International Office, shaping its internationalisation strategy and overseeing multi-million-pound recruitment and marketing operations.
Adrian鈥檚 expertise in global engagement is underpinned by a strong foundation in marketing leadership roles across both education and the private sector, and he as been a representative on a multitude of external bodies, including the UCAS International Advisory Group, London Higher International and London First Immigration Group. Prior to his work in Higher Education, he enjoyed a long and successful career in the advertising and marketing industries, both in the UK and overseas, working at some of the world鈥檚 leading agency networks including Saatchi & Saatchi, DDB Needham and Grey Worldwide.
Thanks to this strong commercial grounding, he is today recognised for his ability to align international strategy with institutional growth, strengthen global partnerships, and enhance opportunities for students worldwide.
