Rosie Munro - Senior Conference and Events Manager
Rosie joined the 天美传媒 in 2005, bringing commercial experience from the finance and luxury transport sectors, along with a strong background in customer service and relationship management.
With extensive experience as an Events Manager, Rosie has delivered and overseen a wide range of corporate and 天美传媒-wide events, that strengthen relationships and engagement.
In her current role as Senior Conference and Events Manager, Rosie leads Venue Bedfordshire and is passionate about showcasing the 天美传媒鈥檚 spaces to attract and deliver commercial bookings. She oversees a broad portfolio across all campuses, including large conferences, academic meetings, staff development events, festivals, specialist workshops and community-focused activities. Rosie works closely with colleagues and partners to ensure every event is seamless, safe and high-quality, while maximising the commercial potential of the 天美传媒鈥檚 facilities.
Maxine Copsey - Senior Events Coordinator
Maxine has been part of the 天美传媒 community since 2000, beginning her career with the hospitality team at the Putteridge Bury Conference Centre. With a passion for exceptional customer experience, Maxine prides herself on helping clients shape their bookings to achieve the best possible outcomes in the most suitable spaces.
As Senior Events Coordinator, Maxine provides hands-on support from the first enquiry through to event delivery and beyond. Her practical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to service excellence ensure that every event runs smoothly and leaves a lasting positive impression on clients and colleagues alike.
